1. Returns

We seek your 100% satisfaction with our products. We will fully refund the value of your order in case our products have not met your expectations at any point in the future (Lifetime) you so decide.

In the rare & unlikely instance of a defective product, we will immediately refund the value of your order or replace the goods. In case we have delivered the wrong product we will replace or refund it the soonest possible

We will discuss conditions of returns from professional re-sellers of our products provided the products are unused and in their original delivered condition depending on individual circumstances, volume and other factors

Refunds will be made within 7 days of the return and reception of the products by our company and on business (non public holidays) days/hours. If replacements instead of refunds are agreed, these will be made with a delay depending on stock availability

Please notify us by phone (+41 76 2200 696) or email (contact@mygreekfarm.ch) of product returns before sending them. Any claim or returns must be mutually accepted and agreed before any action is taken, especially actions that incur unrecoverable costs

2. Cancellation of orders

You can cancel your order without any charge, provided the products have not been shipped from our store
