Our Blend is perfect for any time of the day. Try it in the following ways:
Smoothies & Beverages: Add 1-2 servings to 250ml of plant-based milk or water and mix well. Like most plant based proteins, the Blend has a relatively thick texture with high fiber content. It is recommended to mix it well with liquid in a blender/smoothie maker/mixer for optimal results. As none of our proteins contain any Additives, the absence of harmful emulsifiers require some effort !
Morning Boost: Mix it with oats, fruits, or yogurt for a highly nutritional and satiating breakfast
Pre-Workout or post workout: Consume our protein before or after your workout to complement your diet. For athletes, consumption within 1-2 hours after a demanding workout may significantly improve muscle synthesis and recovery.
